CHW Liberation Consulting, we champion the empowerment and liberation of Community Health Workers (CHWs). Our purpose is to transform health equity by bridging the gap between communities, healthcare systems, and state health departments. We also aim to create the #1 sustainable training program in the state of Virginia and beyond to enhance workforce skills, decrease hospital readmission risks, and promote health equity in the underserved communities that we all serve.
