Our Mission
CHW Liberation Consulting is a business that provides training, coaching, and development for community health workers (CHWs) who serve the underserved, marginalized, and very important populations. Our mission is to empower CHWs to liberate themselves from health disparities and achieve optimal wellness. We also aim to enhance workforce skills, decrease hospital readmission risks, and promote health equity in the communities that we all serve.
